Although no historical records exist to establish who built Agrasen ki Baoli, it is believed that it was first built by the legendary king Agrasen and renovated in the 14th century by the Agrawal community, which may be traced back to Maharaja Agrasen. It is a renowned tourist attraction and hangout spot in New Delhi. The Baoli is open for public viewing seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Entry is free for everybody. Photography is also free of charge.
